Aly believes in long-term sustainable, change and offers her clients a 12 month program of Executive and Team Coaching to supplement her keynote. A solid leadership team is essential to the success of any organization so we begin there. You may also chose to include a second level of leaders or have separate sessions and calls for them. Your coaching sessions, which will vary in length depending on the number of participants, occur monthly in-person with check-in phone calls in between. Each in-person group session is followed by individual sessions and can be done on-site or in a retreat setting, away from the daily distractions of the office setting.

Every effort is made to customize the coaching program to meet your unique needs. Aly provides meeting mechanisms, tools and preparation so each session is most effective and thorough, yet simple and on time.

Your coaching program and specific needs will be discussed prior to the keynote event and implemented immediately or as soon after the engagement as possible.
