• Emphasize the importance of relationships in business and business in relationships, aligning staff behind a conscious business culture with chosen attitudes and values. I also introduce the idea of the saboteur and how what we don’t know individually, and as a team, hijacks the results we say we want.
• Inspire and motivate people by sharing my real life stories (personal and professional), then layer in my knowledge, education and expertise to open people’s minds and challenge and invite them to new perspectives.
• Share experiences from someone who works with successful and well-known entrepreneurs and share the challenges they have (mindsets) and the mechanisms we install to break through and create even more success for themselves and others!
• Make the complicated simple and the unspoken commonplace. I laugh at myself and share honestly, mostly uncensored, with the intention of getting the audience to be authentic and laugh at themselves too.
• Provide follow up coaching for executives and their teams as continued support in then growing and achieving their goals.
• I love to laugh, so let’s have some fun! I educate and enlighten in a tell-it-like-it-is, enthusiastic style.
